How do I request a refund on a recent purchase?

To request a refund on a recent purchase, please submit a support ticket on this site and include as much information as you can regarding your purchase. Full name, email address and the product/membership/service you would like to receive the refund.

Once the refund has been submitted, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear back in your credit card or bank account(s).

Please keep in mind that we always honor our 30 day 100% money back guarantee, so as long as your recent purchase falls within the previous 30 days, we'll absolutely honor that.

While it's completely optional, we may ask you why you're refunding. We're simply just trying to make customer experience the best it can be.
